The Pizza Explorer - (Flash Player Required)

I initially created this simple animation for the intro to the Pizza Explorer CD-ROM, an educational multimedia application designed to teach K-12 students food chemistry. Created by the Center for Enhancing Foods to Protect Health (and with help from yours truly), thousands of copies of the CD have been distributed by the Institute of Food Technologists.

The CD even inspired a second Flash version of the application (created by Kevin Hamstra), which can be viewed at the Access Excellence website.
